Accentit is seeking a CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver to operate in Bell Gardens, CA, with daily home time and a five-day workweek. You’ll haul intermodal containers throughout LA and the Inland Empire, working a mix of preloaded and live freight with both day and night shifts available.

Requires a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and a DOT Medical Card, plus at least 3 months of verifiable CDL experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate at rail ramps in Long Beach, Los Angeles, Commerce, City of Industry, and Bloomington.
• Some required pickups and deliveries in Shafter and Lebec.
• Slip-seat operation; no-touch freight; preloaded or live freight.
• Shifts may extend to the full 14-hour clock depending on freight demands.
• Home daily; five-day workweek; day or night shifts.

CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver — Bell Gardens, CA

Earn $19.25 per hour plus $18.71 per stop hauling intermodal containers throughout the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas. Enjoy a five-day workweek, daily home time, and day or night shift options with a mix of preloaded and live freight.

• Additional listed weekly pay range: $1,000–$1,500
• No bonus offered
• No short-haul pay

Job Details

• Local intermodal container operations throughout Los Angeles and the Inland Empire
• Operate through rail ramps in Long Beach, Los Angeles, Commerce, City of Industry, and Bloomington
• Some required pickups and deliveries in the Shafter and Lebec areas
• Mix of drop-and-hook, live loading, live unloading, and preloaded freight
• No-touch freight; no driver-assist loads
• Automatic dispatch; drivers do not choose their routes
• Slip-seat operation
• Trucks are parked at the Bell Gardens yard

Shift Details

• Home daily

• Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules
• Optional extra workdays
• Drivers generally work their full 11-hour driving time; shifts may extend to the full 14-hour clock depending on freight demands
• Holiday schedules vary; volunteers are normally requested for major holidays, and operations shut down early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
