CDL-A Local Dry Van Driver – Good Pay | Home Daily

Earn $28 per hour with weekly pay and an average annual income of approximately $80,000. This local touch-freight position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, morning starts, and daily home time.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,550
• $28 per hour
• Straight-time pay
• Average 50-60 hours per week
• Paid weekly

Job Details

• Dedicated local freight
• Touch freight with warehouse loading and tailgate delivery
• Dry van trailers
• Drivers may have up to 1 layover per week
• Late‑model Freightliner day cab

Shift Details

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM start
• Approximately 10-12 hour shifts
• Local schedule with daily home time

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for driving, communication, and required documentation
• Comfortable handling touch freight
• Additional qualifications may apply
