The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and a hazmat endorsement (or obtain within 60 days). Physical capability to lift 75 pounds is required, with a focus on safe driving and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and English literacy.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or Truck Driving School certification with a valid CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, with freight handling and paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals.
• Learn how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
