Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Corona, CA, is seeking a Local Delivery Driver (CDL A) to join our team. You will deliver to customers with 10-12 stops per day, handle freight, paperwork, and provide excellent service.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement (within 60 days), 21+ years old, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. You will perform DOT-compliant hazmat paperwork and vehicle inspections daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification; valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older; hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10-12 stops per day while handling freight, paperwork and service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals.
• Continue learning Linde’s operations to help growth and success.
