Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Local Delivery Driver (CDL A).

You will make 10–12 stops per day, touch freight, complete paperwork, and provide customer service. You must be 21+, have a valid Class A CDL (hazmat endorsement preferred or within 60 days), and two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification; DOT physical required; able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with English reading/writing
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification
• Valid Class A CDL

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, touch freight, complete paperwork, and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered/picked up products
• Complete hazardous materials shipping papers per DOT regulations
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals
• Continuously learn how Linde operates to support growth
