Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a professional delivery driver to support Performance Foodservice in Wisconsin. You will drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering food and related products to customer locations with safety and DOT compliance as top priorities.

This role offers home daily time, early dispatch, and a strong benefits package including health, retirement, education assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A license and clean MVR.
• Current DOT Health Card and ability to pass drug test.
• Must pass road test and background check.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and handle varying freight.
• Must be 21+ years old and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors, and coworkers professionally and timely.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspect tractors/trailers per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Deliver and unload products to customers on assigned routes.
• Obtain signatures and verify delivery details; handle payments where required.
• Maintain daily hours-of-service logs and keep equipment clean and secure.
