Schneider National is seeking professional truck drivers to haul freight nationwide from Texas and across the country. You will operate dry van and trailer loads, fly to destinations as needed, and handle unloading and back-office tasks, with regular back-to-base routes and precise maneuvering.

The role includes night driving, a sign-on bonus, orientation pay, PTO, holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Requires valid CDL-A and ability to drive at night.
• Must be willing to fly and have REAL ID or passport.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

• Drive to assigned routes with 0-4 stop-offs per load.
• Unloading duties with pallet jack and handling drop-and-hook freight.

Overview

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.


• Paid flights to and from destinations.


• Dry van and trailer hauling and unloading Daimler/Freightliner parts.


• 5 loads per week with 1-4 stop-offs per load.


• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.


• 0-100% hand unloads with pallet jack.


• 0-100% drop-and-hook freight.


• Drive within AR, KS, LA, OK and TX.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).


• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.


• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver’s license or valid passport.


• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
