Job summary

Schneider National is hiring an Intermodal Driver in the mid-Atlantic region. You will haul freight containers on company-owned chassis, mostly at night, with access to rails and yards across MD, PA, VA and WV.

This role includes paid orientation, a $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid in monthly installments in year one, 6 days of holiday pay per year, an annual bonus up to 3% of gross pay, and a full benefits package with medical, dental and vision insurance plus a 401(k) match.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
