Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for intermodal hauling of freight containers. You will drive in and out of railyards across DE, MD, PA, VA and WV with primarily no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations.

Advantages include a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after six months, holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 3% of gross pay, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Endorsements preferred: Tanker and HazMat.
• CDL class A is required or strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Allentown, PA.

• 100% company-owned chassis reduce time at the rail yard.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Allentown, PA.
