Job summary

Schneider Intermodal is seeking an experienced intermodal truck driver to join our Chambersburg, PA area team. You will haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 99% no-touch freight and 80% drop-and-hook, operating in railyards across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

We offer a strong compensation package with weekly home time, mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred.
• Residence within 100 miles of Chambersburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 99% no-touch freight with 80% drop-and-hook.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
