Job summary

Schneider National is seeking qualified drivers for intermodal hauling in Texas. This role features 100% no-touch freight, frequent drop-and-hook, and routing between Converse, Houston, and Laredo. You will operate safely with a Class A CDL, and Tanker/HazMat endorsements are preferred.

Living within 100 miles of Laredo is expected. Orientation is paid, with PTO after 6 months and holiday pay each year. Earn up to 3% annual bonus on gross pay; medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered,

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 100 miles of Laredo, TX.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
