Job summary

C3 Trucking is seeking a hybrid flex route driver in Coppell, TX. You will assist local route drivers as a helper, or cover routes when others are out. Shifts run at night, and you should be available Sunday through Thursday. Training and local work will precede regional assignments.

Expect 100% unloading with a hand cart and ramp; this is a W2 position with drug testing at orientation. Must meet the year and job-count requirements stated in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 jobs in the last year.

hybrid flex route driver. Driver will be assisting local route drivers as a helper, or they will be covering routes for drivers that are out. Routes are ran at night so this is a night shift position. Driver will know the week prior if they need to cover a regional route, all drivers must be available Sunday - Thursday.

• 3-4 weeks of training on local routes at night.
• $200 per day when training.
• $1500 guaranteed weekly pay if not assigned a route and they are working locally.
• $0.47/mile plus accessorial when covering regional route.
