Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL-A drivers, including recent graduates, for OTR van runs. Earn weekly pay ranging from $1,100 to $1,700 with no-touch freight. Trainees are paid $800–$900 per week during 5–6 weeks of training. Orientation is provided with travel paid and a $300 completion bonus.

Routes span multiple states; drivers may have a rider and pet after meeting training requirements. Benefits begin after 30 days, with medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• No major DOT recordable accidents in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight with 1,700–2,400 miles weekly.
• Home weekends with a 34-hour reset.
• Complete orientation; travel and $300 paid on completion.
• Trucks are commonly Freightliner Cascadia, 2+ years old.
