Valor is seeking qualified CDL A drivers for regional OTR van runs with home weekends and no-touch freight. Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,700 based on experience and mileage, with bonuses for safety and productivity. Trainees earn $800–$900 per week during training, and orientation is paid.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A License.
• No major DOT recordable accidents in last 5 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 2 years.
• No termination from CDL driving job in last 12 months (or more than once in 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes (van).
• Home weekends with 34-hour reset.
• Attend orientation and travel/pay covered for orientation.
• Earning potential includes mileage-based pay and bonuses.
