Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for OTR van assignments with home weekends and weekly pay. Most loads are no-touch, with 1,700–2,400 miles weekly, and earnings range from $1,100 to $1,700 per week.

Trainees earn $800–$900 weekly during 5–6 weeks of training, plus a $300 orientation completion bonus. Drivers can operate nationwide with Freightliner Cascadia tractors (2 years old or newer).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• No more than one at-fault accident in the last two years.
• No major DOT recordable accidents in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight over 1700–2400 miles per week.
• Home weekends for a 34-hour reset.
• Attend orientation and training and follow safety policies.
