Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional OTR van work. You will be home weekends for a 34‑hour reset and earn weekly pay of $1,100–$1,700 depending on experience and run rate, with no‑touch freight.

Most trucks are Freightliner Cascadia models two years old or newer. Trainees earn $800–$900 per week during training. Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more, are provided after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A License required.
• No major DOT recordable accidents in last 5 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 2 years.
• Live within 300 miles of Gary, IN to support west/Kansas, east PA, GA, min north MN routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1700–2400 miles per week on regional OTR van routes.
• Home weekends for a 34‑hour reset; no-touch freight.
• Orientation paid; travel, meals covered; $300 on completion.
