Job summary

Hulcher Services is seeking motivated individuals with a Class A CDL to build a career operating specialized heavy equipment for railroad derailment response and recovery. You'll receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced operators to safely recover derailed railcars and locomotives using cranes and other equipment.

This full-time role requires willingness to travel up to 50% and respond to emergencies 24/7.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions is required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 emergency response environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport specialized heavy equipment using tractor-trailers and escort vehicles.
• Assist with railroad derailment recovery operations.
• Learn to operate heavy recovery equipment under supervision.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and setup of equipment.
• Work safely around active railroads and industrial environments.
