The Wenger Group is seeking a Class A CDL driver to load, transport, and unload grain and fertilizer between customer sites and plants. You may be routed between locations based on demand, with a focus on safety and company image.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with good driving record.
• Endorsement Air Brakes and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Comfort with flexible hours and on-road conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Drive safely between customer and plant locations.
• Load grain or fertilizer and transport to requested location.
• Report and clean up grain spills; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain company image and proper appearance on highway and farm.
• Report customer-related issues and ensure CSA scores remain high.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
