The Wenger Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable CDL Class A driver to load, transport, and unload grain and fertilizer between customer sites and our plants, ensuring safe handling of property.

The role requires pre-trip and post-trip inspections, safe driving, ability to handle flexible hours, and compliance with DOT physicals and drug tests; a competitive benefits package and annual bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with appropriate endorsements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required endorsements.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
• DOT physical and drug testing cleared.
• Ability to work in dusty environments.
• Ability to handle on-the-road scenarios (snow/ice/accidents).
• Ability to lift up to 66 pounds occasionally.
• Basic math skills for load calculations.
• Ability to handle permit-size loads potentially up to 95,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Drive safely and obey traffic laws.
• Load correct grain and/or fertilizer; transport to designated location.
• Report and manage spills; keep vehicle clean.
• Maintain vehicle and personal appearance; uphold company image.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Perform duties to ensure high quality service.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
