Job summary

CRH is seeking a Fuel Lube Technician / CDL Class A Driver in Redmond, UT to support construction and aggregates operations. You will fuel, lubricate, inspect, and perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and transport materials to sites, plants, and quarries.

Swing shift hours apply and you will operate fuel/lube service trucks safely. Qualified candidates hold a Class A CDL with HazMat/Tanker endorsements preferred, and a valid DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Current HazMat, Tanker, Air Brake and Doubles/Triples endorsements preferred.
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card) required and maintained.
• Experience with commercial vehicles and heavy equipment in construction/mining preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and fuel systems preferred.
• Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and complete service documentation accurately.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Fuel, lubricate, and perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, fleet vehicles, and plant equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify leaks, wear, damage, and maintenance needs; report issues promptly.
• Change oils, filters, and fluids; maintain proper fuel, lubricant, coolant, and DEF levels.
• Operate and maintain fuel/lube service trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete accurate service, inspection, and fueling records.
• Assist with minor repairs and support maintenance personnel as needed.
• Respond to field service requests to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain inventories of fuels, lubricants, filters, and maintenance supplies.
• Follow all safety, MSHA, OSHA, and DOT requirements, including spill prevention and waste handling.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; perform other duties as assigned.
