Job summary

Vistar in Memphis is hiring a CDL-A delivery driver to support intrastate and interstate routes, including overnight trips. You will drive tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver food and related products, while upholding safety, DOT rules, and excellent customer service.

The role requires 6+ months of driving, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds. Compensation starts at $25/hour with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced food distribution

Qualifications

• CDL-A required and 21+ years old.
• DOT regulations adherence and safety awareness.
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background checks.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years and valid DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks before trips and ensure tractor/trailer compliance.
• Deliver and unload food products to customers on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Complete required paperwork and collect payments where applicable.
• Maintain vehicle and trailer security and conduct daily HOS logs.
