Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking CDL-A Delivery Drivers in New Jersey for intrastate and interstate routes. You will transport food and related products, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to customers with safety and DOT compliance as priorities.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip checks, route execution, unloading, obtaining signatures, and completing paperwork. A Driver will interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license and DOT health card.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks on tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Drives to and delivers customer orders on a predetermined route.
• Unloads products, verifies delivery with customers and obtains signatures.
• Completes daily hours-of-service records per regulatory requirements.
• Maintains clean and organized tractor and loading dock areas.
