Cheney Brothers, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to support domestic distribution. You will operate tractor trailers and straight trucks on various routes, ensuring on-time delivery and safe handling of food products.

The role includes physical duties, DOT compliance, and regular interaction with customers. Eligible candidates possess a CDL-A, a clean MVR, and pass background and drug tests, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 months commercial driving experience with a CDL-A.
• Valid CDL-A and clean MVR in past 3 years.
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• DOT health card current or able to secure one.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally and timely.
• Performs safety checks pre/post trip and ensures DOT compliance.
• Drives tractor/trailer on intrastate and interstate routes, delivers and unloads goods.
• Captures required paperwork, delivers orders and secures freight.
• Records hours of service and maintains vehicle cleanliness and safety.
