Cheney Brothers, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to operate tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering food and related products to customers. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, safe handling, and professional customer interaction.

The position requires 6+ months of commercial driving, a valid CDL-A, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. Benefits start Day 1, with competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds and operate equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes.
• Delivers and unloads food and related products to customers safely and on time.
• Performs pre/post trip inspections and adheres to DOT regulations.
• Maintains required paperwork and logs accurately.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Interacts with customers professionally and addresses questions.
• Secures loads and completes route deliveries as scheduled.
