Performance Foodservice in New Jersey is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to support our foodservice distribution network. You will operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks on local and long-haul routes, ensuring on-time deliveries and safe handling of food products.

The role requires compliance with DOT regulations, pre/post trip inspections, and accurate paperwork. Expect early shifts (3AM–5AM), weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth within a leading national distributor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Drives and delivers customer orders on scheduled routes.
• Unloads freight and secures loads at customer sites.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintains daily logs of hours of service.
• Keeps tractor, trailer, and loading dock area clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
