Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• 21+ years old and valid licensing/certifications as applicable.
• Meets MVR requirements (past 3 years).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Able to secure DOT Medical Card.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks on tractor/trailer and inspect equipment per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
• Inspect trailer, load, and paperwork for accuracy.
• Secure freigt and unload damaged goods.
• Maintain daily records and hours of service.
• Uphold safety standards and handle freight properly.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
