With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
Pay: $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and an annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase OR 27% of line haul. Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, and $1,300 for over 2 years.

Orientation: Rental car or plane ticket (depending on driver’s domicile), single rooms, meals provided, loyalty pay, 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider and pet policy, affordable insurance options, short-term disability, critical illness, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, $1,500 referral bonus.
Home Time: Montgomery maximizes your home time to improve your quality of life and family time.
Requirements: 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience, recent flatbed experience, no more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in three years, no DUI in the past 10 years. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.
