Montgomery Transport offers flexibility with various commodities and lanes, allowing you to choose between percentage or CPM pay. Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with earning potential of $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Pay

• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR 27% of line haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience within the past three years
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
