Pay

• $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR 27% of line haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience in past 3 years
• No more than 3 violations or accidents in past 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus
