TransForce is seeking CDL A Flatbed Drivers to support operations in Baltimore, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Three openings are available, with potential for temp-to-perm employment. Local and some regional routes, 40 hours per week, early start times, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Flatbed and manual transmission experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck on local and regional routes.
• Transport wood moulding in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
• Secure freight using straps and complete required handling tasks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping freight.

About the Position

TransForce is seeking CDL A Flatbed Drivers to support operations in Baltimore, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Three openings are available, with potential for temp-to-perm employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Weekly compensation: $1,500 per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start times: Between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Layovers: Two per week in a hotel or sleeper truck
• Anticipated start date: May 11, 2026
• Route type: Local and some regional routes
• Freight: Wood moulding
• Equipment: Flatbed truck
• Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed truck on local and regional routes.
• Transport wood moulding in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
