TransForce is seeking a CDL Class A Regional Flatbed Driver to support operations based in Mount Airy, North Carolina. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, regional routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. You will operate CDL Class A equipment on regional routes, secure loads, complete inspections, and keep logs while adhering to DOT safety standards. The role is temp-to-hire with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• No endorsements required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL Class A equipment on regional routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Secure loads using straps and chains and tarp freight as required.
• Perform required light-touch and touch-freight handling tasks.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Pay & Schedule Details

• $30 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• $30 per diem
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Out for five nights and home for two
• 40 hours per week
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Anticipated start date: August 24, 2026
