Job summary

White Oak Oil & Gas is seeking an experienced Quality Control professional. The role involves re-tubing and cleaning heat exchangers, assembling louvers, and performing hydro tests both in the shop and on-site. Candidates should be prepared for substantial fieldwork and overnight travel, with frequent time away from home.

Applicants must hold a CDL-A, read measurements, and pass safety courses. DOT compliance, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements.
• Must complete and maintain safety training courses.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and stay overnight as required.
• Must comply with DOT regulations and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Re-tube and dismantle coolers, including installing louvers and piping.
• Obtain JSA and Hot Work permits as required; perform hydro tests on equipment.
• Perform external and internal cleaning, including foaming, power washing, and lancing tubes.
• Document job details and maintain accurate T-Sheets; report daily logs.
• Travel 75% of the time, often overnight, and work in varying outdoor conditions.
