Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Field Operator with CDL to operate a DOT-regulated vehicle and conduct field service at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, adhering to safety protocols, and interfacing directly with customers across multiple sites.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, be able to obtain a Class A or B CDL with endorsements, and possess a clean driving record with willingness to travel up to 80% as required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain CDL, Class A or B with applicable endorsements.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).
• DOT Medical card required.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a DOT-regulated vehicle to transport materials/equipment.
• Perform field service at customer sites with safe, efficient troubleshooting.
• Identify and remedy safety issues on company and customer equipment.
• Collaborate with team and customers as needed.
• Travel 20%–80% depending on division and location.
