Job summary

10-4 Logistics is currently offering a training program for CDL school graduates in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees will receive mentorship, paid orientation, and a clear path to solo driving with no-touch freight and weekly pay.

During training, earn $850 per week, then transition to a solo role with earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits from day one and round-the-clock dispatch support enhance the program.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and mentor program.
• Train with a mentor and progress to solo driving in the Eastern regional dry van fleet.
• Follow safety protocols and DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Operate no-touch dry van freight and meet schedule.
