Job summary

10-4 Logistics is currently offering a CDL school graduate training program designed to build confidence and trucking experience. Earn $850 per week during training, with one‑on‑one mentoring and paid orientation to prepare you for solo driving.

After completing training, you’ll drive your own truck on eastern regional routes with earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Weekly or bi-weekly home time, company-paid tolls and fuel, plus round‑the‑clock dispatch support and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally and put safety first.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor and complete paid orientation.
• Operate regional routes with no-touch dry van freight and home time options.
• Support dispatch and adhere to safety rules and company policies.
