Job summary

Cobb is hiring for a position to support egg truck drivers on farm routes, delivering racks, flats and dividers to poultry houses and customer sites. The role requires handling loading/unloading tasks and maintaining biosecure procedures on farm visits.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL and one year of CDL experience. This on-site position offers day-one benefits eligibility and a schedule aligned with production needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps >6 months in past 36 months.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with 1 year verifiable experience.
• Rehire criteria: no more than 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Assist egg truck driver in picking up eggs at farms and delivering to farms/customers (70%).
• Help load/unload egg/chick trucks and load egg/chick boxes for return to hatchery (70%).
• Wash and disinfect truck upon return to hatchery (20%).
• Attend driver safety meetings and complete required DOT reports and Ryder inspection forms.
