Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Hatchery Egg Driver to safely transport eggs from our hatcheries, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. The role requires operating and maintaining commercial hauling equipment, following delivery schedules, and upholding safety, quality, and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 12 months verifiable tractor/trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and operate a manual CMV safely.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain product quality and communicate with farm staff and supervisors.
• Keep trucks and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow loading orders and housekeeping schedules.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
