Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with DOT/FMCSA safety regulations.
• Ability to operate Class A equipment and perform drop & hook operations.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear, professional communication with dispatch, customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove and transport tires from customer locations to Liberty Tire Recycling facilities or approved disposal sites.
• Perform drop and hook trailer operations, exchanging loaded and empty trailers at customer locations, yards, and facilities.
• Ensure loads meet DOT and company safety requirements prior to transport.
• Complete DVIRs, logs, bills of lading, manifests and related paperwork.
• Maintain clean, safe equipment and assist with yard moves as needed.
