Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling, including Lakin Tire East, is seeking a Class A Driver to run Drop and Hooks for our facility in West Haven, CT. We service depots in Albany, NY, Lakewood, NJ, and Cherry Hill, NJ.

This position is for the second shift, Monday through Friday. The role requires a CDL Class A license with at least 6 months of experience, a clean driving record, and passing a DOT physical and drug test.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A License required with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
• Must maintain a clean driving record that aligns with DOT standards.
• DOT physical and drug test required
• 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Daily inspections of equipment per DOT regulations
• Able to work in different weather conditions.
• Attend Transportation Safety Meetings.
