10-4 Logistics is currently offering a training program for CDL school graduates, with weekly pay during training and advancement to a solo driving role on regional Eastern routes.

After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800+ per week with options for weekly or bi-weekly home time, company-paid tolls, and round-the-clock dispatch support. Comprehensive benefits start from day one, including health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
