Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL A license required.
• 2–4 years of transportation delivery driver or leadership experience in foodservice with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• 1–2 years leadership or training experience.
• Experience with computerized fleet operations management systems.

Responsibilities

• Train delivery drivers on day-to-day job duties using company guides and processes.
• Perform route allocations and ensure safety, compliance, and DOT regulations.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to trainees and supervisory staff.
• Assist with on-the-job training in classroom or field settings and support development actions.
• Adapt training materials to local programs and market needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
