McLane is seeking a CDL-A Driver Trainee in Minnesota for hands-on training that leads to a full Driver position. You’ll learn daily operations from experienced Driver Trainers, ensuring safe, compliant transportation and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training with experienced McLane Driver Trainers to learn all aspects of the role.
• Operate tractor-trailer safely in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Inspect tractor-trailer equipment and submit DOT inspections.
• Assist the Driver in unloading and delivering product to customer premises.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations.
• Provide customer service with on-time delivery of undamaged product.
• Other duties as assigned.
