Performance Food Group is seeking an entry level Driver Trainee in Missouri to learn and perform deliveries of food and related products on local and regional routes, under DOT regulations, with comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0-6 months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A license and ability to obtain DOT Health Card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and road test.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete entry level driver trainee or dock-to-driver training as required.
• Rides-with and assists driver trainer in executing deliveries as required.
• Perform all required safety checks (pre/post trip) including inspections per DOT regulations.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders according to schedule.
• Unload products, verify invoices, obtain signatures, and handle payments where required.
• Ensure equipment is secure and maintain clean tractors and trailers.
