Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking entry-level Driver Trainee to learn tractor-trailer or straight truck routes, including overnight runs. You will complete safety checks, assist in deliveries, and ensure accurate paperwork while adhering to DOT rules. This role offers substantial earning potential with a strong benefits package.

The position requires a CDL A, a clean MVR, and completion of required training. Expect a 4-day work week with night dispatch hours and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus Day 1

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A license required; must be 21+ to apply.
• Clean MVR and ability to obtain a DOT Health Card.
• Pass post-offer drug test and road test.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety checks and inspections per DOT policies.
• Drive to deliver orders on schedule and follow the predetermined route.
• Unload, verify deliveries, obtain customer signatures, and handle payments if required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily paperwork.
• Record hours of service and keep logs as required.
