PFG Customized in Crown Point, Indiana, seeks an entry-level Driver Trainee to learn tractor-trailer or straight truck routes, intrastate and interstate, including overnight shifts on a 4-day work week. Training and safety are emphasized, with a focus on customer service and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include safety checks, loading/unloading, obtaining customer signatures, and DOT compliance while gaining hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• CDL A license is required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years and valid DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program.
• Assist with deliveries with driver trainer and follow instructions.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections as required by DOT.
