Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for regional/O TR van work. This full-time role offers home weekends for a 34-hour reset and weekly pay ranging from $1,100 to $1,700 depending on experience and run pace. Most freight is no touch, with some drop-and-hook or live unload.

Orientation is two days with travel paid and $300 compensation after completion. Full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, start after 30 days. Trainees earn $800–$900 weekly during training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• No termination from CDL driving job in last 12 months; no more than once in last 5 years.
• No major DOT recordable accidents in last five years.
• Live within 300 miles of Gary, IN.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight with drop/hook and live unload.
• Run 1700–2400 miles per week; home every weekend for a 34-hour reset.
• Orientation paid; $300 after completion; benefits after 30 days.
