Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in Michigan is seeking CDL-A drivers with a paid training path into a solo dry van driving position that serves freight originating in Michigan and returning there.

Paid road training lasts about 3-5 weeks with 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours; Michigan trainees earn $900 weekly. Orientation pays $300 upon hire, and after training, earnings range $1,200-$1,500 weekly, with 34-hour resets and home time every two weeks; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
• Open to CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps
• Acceptable MVR and driving record
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test
• Must satisfy applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements
• Availability for day/night driving and weekend work when needed
