Qualifications

• CDL-A license with endorsements as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in multi-location distribution or fleet operations.
• Senior lead or supervisory experience.
• Business experience with logistics and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Plan shuttle and delivery routes with drivers and dispatch trucks and orders.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movement with multiple departments.
• Communicate with warehouse teams, drivers, and cross-dock supervisors to resolve issues.
• Monitor delivery quality, safety, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop and improve delivery processes; implement lean cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee safety procedures, reporting, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Certify drivers using company driving techniques.
