SP+, a leading artificial intelligence-powered parking network, is hiring a Dispatcher for shuttle operations in Kansas City, MO. The role requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card, with responsibilities including scheduling vehicles and drivers for fixed routes and maintaining professional appearance and punctuality.

The position pays $29.00 per hour and includes a benefits package with health, dental, and vision plans, a 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
• License: valid CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement if operating shuttle buses.
• DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, write, speak and communicate all aspects of job related information in English.
• Mathematical Skills: Hours of Service regulations understanding and quarter-hour calculations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed route service; cover open shifts on short notice when necessary.
• Operate with basic office equipment and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Be present on time, in uniform, and ready to work each scheduled day.
• Maintain a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card while on duty.
• Assist customers and employees, directing questions to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Support monthly driver meetings and training requirements; know service area streets and landmarks.
