Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Dispatcher in Kansas City to coordinate shuttle operations, schedule routes, and manage driver communications. The role requires a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card, plus the ability to work varying shifts and weekends if needed.

You will ensure on-time performance, uphold safety standards, and assist Facility Managers with daily operations while maintaining professional appearance and communication.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL with Passenger Endorsement and DOT Medical Card.
• Experience with shuttle/transport operations and scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to read/ write in English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed routes and cover shifts as needed.
• Coordinate with Facility Managers and staff; communicate shifts and instructions.
• Maintain proper uniform and punctual attendance.
• Support safe shuttle operations and respond to incidents per policy.
• Assist with driver meetings and training as required.
